Hi, I am trying to change the hover background color but getting nowhere:

At the bottom there’s 3 tablet image, when hovered, I want to change the background color from #383838 to some other color. I have tried:

.image_menu_hover_class {
background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.13);
}

But no help. Please kindly advice.
