Email address – can I create a link so a client can open blank email

On my site cjlacey.co.uk/contact I have provided my email address and also in the bottom footer. I want a potential client to be able to click on the email link there and then so they can email me using their phone, tablet or browser. However at the moment they are having to copy and paste the email address at the moment, which is annyoying.
If you could please help.
