TypeError: with select2 is not a function!

Hey Kadence team!
I am getting this error on my checkout page, which makes it impossible for me to do checkout.
The problem is this i think:
$(‘.kad-select’).select2({minimumResultsForSearch: -1 }); (It says that it is not a function?)
How do i fix this?
