Remove DIV Wrapping

Hi Folks,
I changed the code on one of my pages from TABLES to DIV because I was having trouble displaying TABLES on mobile devices. Now I have the problem of the <DIV> wrapping my buttons without even issuing a </DIV>. It seems it’s wrapping on white space and I’ve tried all sorts of CSS code to stop it. I want 3 buttons on each DIV line but it’s wrapping after each button. Below is the page I’m having problems with:
