Mobile menu problem

Hi, I am using a topbar with my menu in that. I have the menu turned off in the header. On my desktop all is well.
But on mobile, the 3 lines that indicate there is a menu are there even though there is no menu. So when you touch it, it does highlight but of course no menu slides out. I’m thinking this shouldn’t show on mobile if the menu is turned off in the header.
The menu thing on the topbar works fine.
