Eiliminate side border with Kadence Slider in boxed layout

I prefer the boxed layout, because the design doesn’t need more than about 1200 pixels, and the full width slider proportions get kind of crazy when the screen gets too wide.
However, when I set a boxed layout, I get about a 15 pixel white border on the sides of the Kadence Slider. Is there a way to have it display edge to edge within the box?
Also, how can I control the maximum width of box? Currently it seems to be about 975 pixels. Is there a way to make it, say, 1,200 pixels?
