Notification Emails Not Working

I am having issues with all notification emails. I only receive “New Order” emails sporadically (like every 1 in 10 orders). I added an additional email to test it out, and I am still not receiving them.
My customers are not receiving their receipts. I’ve asked if the receipts are going to SPAM/Offers, and all say no. This is a huge issue because one of my main products is a Downloadable one, and people are not receiving their download link. Help!
Emails are enabled – I’ve tried both HTML and plain text to no success.
