Theme Options Settings Blank

Hi
I’ve created a new website – http://www.flexible-wall-systems.com using WordPress 3.9.1 and Virtue Premium 2_3_7 and under Theme Options the left hand menu system is present (Main Settings, Top Bar Settings, etc.) but to the right is totally blank where the settings should be. I’ve tried re-installing Virtue Premium but I still get the same result. How do I get the Theme Options to show?
