Just one image in start page

Hello,
I would like to know if there is any way, to get as start page one image only. No logo, no menu, no footer, nothing but a full screen image.
I know that it sounds rare, but my idea is just an an image and then add a few text (as title) and one “call to action” widget. Is it possible?
