Hide and Show Menu Based on Role or Logged In

Hi,
I want to use Nav Menu Roles plugin. It can control when to hide or show a menu based on roles or logged in, logged out user.
I’ve read somewhere that Virtue Themes doesn’t work well with this kind of plugin.
The question is how to make it work?
