Drown Down Menu Colors

I am trying to make color changes to some drop down menu’s but I can’t seem to find where I can do it.
On the product category page, the drop down for “Default Sorting”
I want to change the background color of the drop down menu as well as the font color on the drop down.

On some of the products, you have to choose different sizes. I would like to change the background color of the drop down menu as well as the font color of the drop down. (Where it says “Choose an option”)
