I’ve received several complaints that when customers try to the their “state” into the “Shipping Address” section on the checkout page that they are unable to do so. This issue doesn’t seem to be a problem on laptops or computers, just phones (I think it’s just Samsung Phones, but I’m not sure yet).

Because of this issue I saw that some of my woocommerce files were out of date. I’m wondering if this would cause that problem?

How do I trouble shoot this issue and/or how do I bring everything up to date.
