Cannot Edit or Load Theme Options

i was playing with font-weight item in theme options > Main settings, refreshed the site to see how it looks. Tried to get back into Theme options bottom left corner it says uploading 100%, and if i scroll down to say menu settings it says Javascript;void(0)
At the top it just as a circle that constantly spins like it is trying to load

What are my options delete it all? upload new theme? etc
