Installation problem

Hello, I purchased Virtue Premium and followed the instructions for installing to WordPress. However when I try uploading through WordPress themes as suggested in tutorial, the file appears to upload 100% but then I get a WordPress message saying, “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini” and the installation is incomplete.
I tried unzipping the folder and manually uploading to my C-Panel into themes folder but got message that files could not be encrypted – not sure what is happening there…
I would appreciate any suggestions as to how finish installation.
