Parallax image in header, inline with copy, and configuring so there's no border

I have three somewhat related questions.

I want to add a full-width parallax image to the page header, as well as full-width parallax in-line images to Virtue Premium theme on this site *Login to see link as I have done successfully with your Pinnacle theme on this site: *Login to see link

1) For the inline image, in Page Builder I’ve added a row and inserted the Site Origin Image widget, as well as the Virtue Image widget, however the image is always constrained by the width of the content.

2) For the header, I’ve toyed with all the relevant settings I can find, and don’t seem to be able to insert an image (in place of the blue field behind the Navigators USA logotype).

3) And a related question: on both sites referenced above I am using a call-to-action which DOES display a full-width parallax image, however on the new Navigators site *Login to see link the image always shows a seam where top and bottom join and this persists no matter which image position settings I use.
