Accordion style issues

Aloha!
It appears that I am having some issues when adding an accordion to the virtue theme using shortcode. I thought it was related to a plugin that I had installed, but I disabled ALL plugins, cleared cache, checked from other browsers/systems, with no change. I had been running WP 3.8.3 and an older version of virtue, and since have updated to all recent releases with no change.
Can you please see if there is anything that I am missing, I just can’t spot it.
