Update theme

Hello,
I have created a new website where I have copied my Premium Pinnacle theme (old version : 1.4.1). When I go to the back office of the news site, there is no Pinnacle theme update. However, the lastest Pinnacle theme version is 1.6.4 : *Login to see link
I have checked on others websites, and it is the same thing => there are no Pinnacle version updates. For example here : *Login to see link (version 1.5.2).
However I have some website with the last version, such as *Login to see link
How can I force the Pinnacle theme update ?
