Porfolio category into another site

Hi there,
We have a number of different portfolio categories on our site eg. *Login to see link
Is there any way to embed the portfolio from one category into another wordpress site such as *Login to see link
So we don’t have to update the same portfolio twice?
Just trying to work out the best way to save time and keep the dedicated site updated at the same time as the main corporate site?
