Correct Recent posts text in blog

Hi,
When I enter one of my posts to read it, I have a Recent posts Carousel at the end of it.
The title for this Carousel says “Entradas-publiaciones recientes” (the translation for this would be: Recent Posts-ptsos) and I would like to correct it to “Publicaciones Recientes”.
Where can I do it?
