No option to turn on or off menus

Hi there,
I just upgraded to Virtue Premium and i’m in the process of setting up my site and under theme options I seem to have no option to turn on or off the different menus like I did in the free version. Can anyone suggest where I find this or if I have done something wrong to lose this option.
