Possible bug with Menu options

Hello,
I need to add a new element in the secondary element. Unfortunately, once added to the menu, it is impossible to make any interaction such as changing the position across the menu. In fact, the last element of the menu is the only clickable.
Even if I liked to rename an existing element, it wouldnt be possible as I can’t even click on it. Now, the new element I created is stuck in a submenu whilst it should actually be positioned as a main element. Guess what? I don’t know how to move it!
