Ninja Forms – Spacing above and below fields / field description and field

Hi
The free Ninja Forms have huge spaces between the field headers and the fields themselves.
Also the space above the field description and below the fields.
Any CSS I can add to rectify this?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
