logo for mobile size control

I was wondering how to get this logo.. top left corner.. to not shrink so much in the mobile version. So it would sit nicely at the top centre with iphone and android devices. Is there a place or css for the breaking point maybe? Is there a place where I can change the settings for the mobile layout i.e. colors etc.?
