Menu bar doesn't show up on ipad

Dear support,
I have problem to show up my menu bar on ipad or other tablets, but no problem on PC or laptop. Does anyone get help. please. Mobile has the same problem as well, I believe it is normal as mobile has limited room to display it but it shouldn’t happen on ipad. I’ve tried to simulate the ipad screen on laptop by pulling the browser area and menu bar does show up, not no hope when uses the real one.
