Problem with WP Simple Booking Calendar

Since I changed theme from one created in Artisteer to Virtue Free (and then I bought Virtue Premium, which I am using now) I have had problems with the plugin WP Simple Booking Calendar. It does not show the drop down menu with months when I use WP Simple Booking Calendars shortcodes for publishing the calendars on my site: http://www.kattpensionategypten.se/rummen
