Products not showing in some browsers

Hi
My client can only see one product on the page when there are 2. It says says showing all 2 results and when he scrolls to where the product is meant to be it identifies the link but it is still invisible. When he clicks it takes him through to the product fine.
Also on the product pages that have more than one product available the “+-” options are not visible. He can adjust the number field manually but can’t see the buttons.
Everything is working fine on my side. When I change the theme everything works fine on his side as well.
Please help.
