staff entries duplicating

Thank you for the great support with this theme.
I’ve set up a staff page (cast & crew) on a new page using the staff grid template. When I add a new staff from admin > staff > add new, two entries are generated. The page is set up as 3 column, but when I added the first staff, the duplicate was on the second row under the first entry (column 1). Three entries resulted in three originals on row 1 and three duplicates (in the same order) on row 2.
