Portfolio item slider refresh

Hello Kadence themes,

The second image has a horizontal line at the top of the image when displayed in the slider. If you click on the image you will see this line disappears. I first uploaded the image with this line, after that I removed it from the media as well as from the slider gallery and uploaded it again without the horizontal line. I have kept the filename the same. It displays correctly within the media backoffice and in the lightbox preview, but still shows the old image in the slider.
I guess this is a caching issue? What would be the correct procedure for replacing images with the same file name?
