Changing the Thumbnail "ADD TO CART (Hover-Over) Text

Hello,
Is there a way to change the text at the bottom of every thumbnail to say VIEW DETAILS instead of ADD TO CART? As I’m following the shopper behavior on Google Analytics I notice that they don’t click on the thumbnails too often… I’m thinking that they may think that every thumbnail they click on is going to put the item on the cart..
