updating plugins after 2 month break

Greeting Ben! For many reasons I have not done any updates to the website in a couple of months…the site is pretty simplistic and low maintenance so it has not presented a problem. We are ready to update now. Note we are running Virtue Premium Child 1.0.0 so there is not much in the custom css box, but what little is there has been backed up. I see there is a Virtue update 2.1.7 (I believe I am running 2.0.0). I’ll proceed carefully taking the WordPress to 3.9.1, and then Virtue to 2.1.7, and then Woocommerce from 2.1.2 to 2.1.9. does this sound like a good approach? IF all goes well I’ll continue with the other plugin updates. Please advise and thank you! Blondie
