The theme update API License Key has not been activated!

Every few days this comes up in my WordPress.
I have re-activated 3 times in the past 2 weeks and now it has happened again today. It is becoming quite annoying so I hope you are able to assist.
After activation it reads as 1 of unlimited activated but again today it says 0 of unlimited.
I hope to be able to find out why it drops the activation.
