    Hi there,

    Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Single Post Layout and disable the “Show Featured Image?” option and choose Above Content for the Post Title Layout. Then go to Design tab and enable the “Use Featured Image for Background?” for the Post Title Background. Here’s a video for your guide: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4umWL7Y

    The reference site also uses a transparent header. Here’s how you can enable it on Kadence theme: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLuO4elw

    Also make sure that the “Disable on Posts?” option is disabled, so it reflects on single posts.

    I hope this helps, and let us know how we can help further.

    Kind regards,
    Chito

    That was a fast response thanks! Unfortunately the code doesn’t work.

    I’m sorry, forgot to include that I’m using Elementor as well, but the code should still work right?

    UPDATE: Disabled Elementor theme for single product page, still the featured image is showing.

    Using kadence with woocommerce is amazing. For a specific case I would like to be able to remove the featured image on a single product page. I was trying out the code snippet for woocommerce, but that didn’t work. Is there any other way to completely remove the featured image on the Single product page?

    In a use case, I want to use the featured image for the logo and the gallery for pictures. I want the logo to appear in the product loop but be hidden in the carousel.

    I’ve tried a code snippet, but that doesn’s seem to work with code snippets.

    Hi, Stefan!

    The Previous and Next Post links are the “Post Navigation” in the Kadence Theme. If you want to disable that, do these:

    1. Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Single Post Layout.
    2. Turn off the “Show Post Navigation?” option.

    But “related” is still there.

    Are you referring to the “Similar Posts” section? That can be hidden if you turn off the “Show Related Posts?” option.

    Watch this screen recording for both of the options – https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uyloyd.

    If the issue persists, could you give us your website URL so we can inspect the page? You may set your reply as private so only you and the support team members can see the website URL.

    Let us know how we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi there,
    The header color on my home page cannot be changed. I initially set it up, but it seems to have become stuck.
    When I went to Header > Design > Background, I tried different colors, gradients, and images, but nothing changed.
    As soon as you make the header sticky, it changes color, and when you turn on transparent, it goes transparent (although it retains a border which I haven’t looked into removing yet).
    Is there another place where the home header color can be set?
    Here is the website

    Hi There,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We’ll be happy to further assist your concern.

    Currently, we don’t have such a feature available for adding author box to pages, same design as on posts.

    After a quick search in our logs, I have found that a feature request has been already made for this to be possible in the future.

    You may add your vote or comment on additional information on this page – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/feature-requests/author-box/. Kindly note that the development team may consider adding the feature requests once it has enough votes.

    Please note that we cannot give an estimated date for when this will be added.

    I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

    We are having the same problem. We also can not find where to add the code. I don’t have the ‘pinnacle shortcode’ option.

    Here is the website: http://www.casmoor.com

    We use the ‘works’ page to display on the homepage. Everything else works perfect. We just want to show all of our portfolio. 50+ items

    I’m using premium btw. What would be the solution for this in 2023?

    Hello,
    My home page’s header color cannot be changed. However, it seems to have become stuck after I set it up originally.
    I tried going to Header > Design > Backgound and tried different colors, gradients, images, but no changes.
    The header does change color if you make it sticky, it goes transparent if you activate transparent it does work (although it retains a border around it which I haven’t looked into removing).
    Could the home header color be set in another place?
    The website can be found here

    When using dynamic content specifically with the Advanced Text block, I keep getting “Attempt Block Recovery” error.
    I’m using ACF for the data and for the most part I’m using element templates.
    When I click the attempt block recovery button, the element goes blank. The dynamic content still works on the front-end, but I cannot see the element in the back-end whilst designing my page.

    Hello,

    I have a problem recently. My header is no longer displayed, and just shows the mobile setting.
    It’s a big problem because I can’t see what I’m changing, I have to open a page next to it and refresh it every time I change.
    I have my title and logo that should be displayed, as well as my main menu, but I only have the trigger displayed.

    Apart from the header problem, it’s the same for everything. When I change something I have to refresh a page next to it to see what I have changed.

    I’ve tried all the settings but I can’t find where the problem comes from.

    If you can come to my help please.

    Hello Stuart,

    There isn’t an easy way to accomplish your goal of changing the page numbers into a previous and next button system. Unfortunately, the Page Break block is a core block that Kadence does not alter or improve upon. You may want to contact the WordPress community forums for advice on replacing those specific buttons.

    Hi there,

    I am trying to find a way to change the default behaviour of the page pagination within the Gutenberg editor.

    When I add in a Page break, I get the behaviour I want, but I only want a previous and next button. Is there an easy way to achieve this?

    Currently, it shows ‘Pages: 1 2 3 4 5’ etc.

    I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Stuart

    Hi there,

    Starter Templates are mainly designed for empty and clean WordPress sites, but importing a template to your site won’t remove your existing content. Starter Templates only add posts, pages, and images when it comes to content.

    Also, you can import single pages from any starter templates. Screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOukpeW1

    You can also import single pages and predefined designs from the Design Library (Kadence Blocks plugin). Screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uyol4B

    Lastly, I recommend doing the switch on a staging site.

    I hope this helps, and let us know how we can help further.

    Hi!

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    A carousel like that on top of the product gallery and details is not available in the WooCommerce plugin by default. For your reference, the default layout of the WooCommerce single product page is like this – https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/.

    Also, our Ascend Theme doesn’t have the option to do that too.

    Your example website is built on Shopify. I am not familiar with any plugin or extension for WooCommerce that can achieve the same. You may want to search for something similar here.

    I hope this helps you with the layout you want. Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla

    Hi there!

    Yes, the Kadence theme supports RTL languages.

    For the Post Grid/Carousel block – I think you’re referring to the Aling Image option. You’re correct, the available options are only Top or Left. For now, I added a feature request to add an option for the Right alignment. You may add your vote here – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/feature-requests/post-grid-carousel-image-alignment/.

    A workaround is to add this custom CSS code to Customizer > Additional CSS:

    .rtl .kt-blocks-post-grid-item-inner-wrap.kt-feat-image-align-left {
        grid-template-columns: auto 30%!important;
    }

    .rtl .kt-blocks-post-grid-item-inner-wrap.kt-feat-image-align-left .kadence-post-image {
        grid-column: 2;
    }

    .rtl .kt-blocks-post-grid-item-inner-wrap.kt-feat-image-align-left .kt-blocks-post-grid-item-inner {
        grid-column: 1;
    }

    This should make the “Left”-aligned images align on the right side instead.

    Kindly share Kadence Custom Font Plugin.

    This plugin is available if you have the Full Bundle product. If you did purchase that, go to your Downloads page. You should see and download it there.

    Otherwise, you can follow our knowledgebase post here to add your own custom font – https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/adding-custom-fonts-to-kadence/.

    I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Hi, Joanna!

    The position of the related post carousel and comments on the single posts pages do not have hook locations.

    If you want to switch them, you will need to override the template and use a child theme. The file that you would like to look at is the single-entry.php file inside the \kadence\template-parts\content folder.

    You may read this post regarding a child theme – https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/advanced/what-is-a-child-theme-should-i-install-one-if-so-how/.

    I hope this gave you an idea to achieve the layout you want. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,
    Karla
