Hey Mimi,
1. The homepage has its own template and will override any other template. To show blog posts on the homepage you have several options. One is to set your homepage as the latest post page (settings > reading). Or you can use the latest blog posts feature in Theme Options > Home Layout. Or you can add a blog shortcode to either your page content if your homepage is set as a static page, or to a visual editor widget within the home widget area.

2. If you’re using a blog grid try setting the summary to portrait image. Does that work?

I used the Page Builder with the Virtue: Image widget to insert images on my website. Each image links to a PDF for users to download. I would like to add event tracking code to individual images so I have an idea of downloads. Do you know of a way I can do this?

Hey Enrico,
So you’re just wanting to remove the sidebar from that page, correct? You can use this css:

.post-type-archive-kbe_knowledgebase .sidebar {
    display: none;
}

I currently have virtue galleries off, just so the images show, it shouldn’t look like this though…

When turned on all galleries, other than the portfolio front page, are missing.
Also I have noticed the site loads reasonably quickly on Firefox and takes an age on Safari? Could that be linked somehow?

Hey Bernat,
When using a shortcode to display products/posts there isn’t an option for pagination. You would just need to increase the number to show on that page. Sorry!

Hey Mimi,
You can add page builder content by creating a static home page (Settings > Reading) then enable page content in the homepage layout manager where you want it to show. Or you can use the Home Widget Area (enabled in Theme Options > Home Layout) and add a visual editor widget (Appearance > Widgets).

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to change the default header background image that is displayed on all product category pages?

I’ve found I can change each individual one, but is there a way to change the default one (currently coffee beans)? That way I can just change the ones I need rather then every single category.

Been working on liveforeverhowto.com/mimis-blog and hit a few issues I cant figure out, any help would be great.

I created some pages using the pagebuilder for displaying

on sale products using: [sale_products per_page=”12″ columns=”4″]
featured products using: [featured_products per_page=”12″ columns=”4″]

the problem is that i can see just 12 of this products, i cant see at the bottom of the page the squares with the site numbers to see the rest of the products as it appears in the other pages by default….

i am missing any option for displaying this?

I’m going to try it in the icon menu again.
Is it possible to insert ‘page builder’ content in-between the icon menu? or add a second icon menu at the bottom of the page? how would I do that if I can.

But this plugin has the same problem combined with the sticky header that my own “page jump” tags have.

1)
– The taged content jumps to the very top of the page and is therefore hidden behind the sticky header.
– and when you compensate by putting the tag futher up on the page, so that the actual conten you want do display is displayed below the sticky header, this doen not work well with tablet/ mobile display.

2)
– in pinnacle tablet/ mobile mode the mobile menu is displayed even after a menu link is clicked in a one page setup with “page jump” menu links.
This results in the content being hidden behind the menu.
So I would really like to be able to force the mobile menu to “collaps” when a menu link is clicked…

Hi Kevin, i know when this error appears… But the question is: where in the theme is there any option to set a slider in the search results page? I cant find it anywhere…

as you can see, in the rest of the site the sliders appear fine and there is any other slider in the header or somewhere else that could give the error in the search page… i guess its a bug between the theme and rev. slider plugin?
