Hello.

I have been using Virtue Premium since December and I love it. I am doing a site wide restyle on my website and so far it has been going very well. For some unknown reason, after I was done updating a product page, I went back into the theme options and some options were not there. As I refreshed my site, my header logo has disappeared and turned into simple text. I went to the main settings to re-upload my logo, but there is no option to do so. A lot of my previous settings such as some styling options, fonts, and even hover links have also disappeared.

I am up to date on WordPress, WooCommerce, and the Virtue premium theme.

Does anyone have any idea? Thank you!

I just want to say CLICK HERE and it takes you directly to the bottom of the page review box.
Hard stuff for me, but I think it’s possible with an a href?

I installed an ssl cert the other day because I’m wanting to use braintree (for some reason, prob shoulda just stayed with regular paypal…)

1st issue: When I log in and try to make theme changes to woo, it renders all crazy. I have to log out and refresh to get the shop page or product pages to render correctly. This is bothersome.

I changed my wp-config.php file to “FORCE ADMIN LOGIN” or whatever, but otherwise, I don’t know what the problem is. I’m assuming this has to do with SSL because it got crazy right around the time I installed the cert… but maybe it’s something else? Please advise.

But I’m getting the “mixed” content error on chrome. Using chrome dev tools, I’ve narrowed it mostly down to my header logos, as they were uploaded through WP Uploads to a http url instead of https. Do you know any easy tips to redo this or get the theme to pull just these from https?

I’m assuming I don’t really want all pages to be https because it’s better to use caching to serve most pages. But when it does make sense to serve the woocommerce cart page forced to ssl, then I’d like the little green padlock up there… Any advice? Or am I thinking about this wrong?

Hi Ben, So I went an downloaded the example Pinnacle Premium Child Theme files located on the link you provided. I placed the files in the themes folder. I went and activated the child theme. I opened the functions.php and added the code provided. Nothing happened the Page title and side bars are still visible – http://www.correctionsdesisociety.org/events/.

Ben, Yes, that fixed the issue for the store pages. New tool 🙂 Thank you so much for your help. We’re going back now and reviewing the things we had put in for a generated page that allows the users who are sellers create and edit products without accessing the back end of wordpress. If we can’t get that figured out, I’ll come back with a question. It is a generated page that only the users who are sellers see (so as admin you don’t see it).

This css should work for you:

.postid-209 .titleclass h1 {
    display: none;
}

You can paste it in your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings.
Then if you want to increase the padding you can use this:

.postid-209 .page-header {
    padding: 50px;
}

Actually I’m using the YITH WooCommerce Tab Manager — WordPress Plugins

I just need to hide the description on that one page, is there a way to just show reviews even if it is css?

I tried the function to move the reviews to the front and description behind. didn’t take.

I knnow this is above and beyond, but how would you handle it?

huh, thank you, i taught the key was for the whole site not just for a page

…for now i did what Kevin suggested in another thread: leave the link field empty … and it works,
but for the future i’ll have to get keys from the site owner, or i might exceed the quota

2. since you are on this site, please take a look again at the KONTAKT page. I can see there are two nuances of white background, but i didn’t set any background color, i checked again and hit clear to every background in the Theme advanced styling, with no effect.

i see contentclass has #f9f9f9 set – is that intended ?

Thanks for the kudos Brandy & Bogdan!

I’m not a developer, so talking out of school here, but I would imagine the easiest way to achieve what you’re looking for Bogdan is a Child Theme with custom CSS using the free “Contact Form 7” plugin.

If the Child Theme had several Contact Page layouts you could choose from, then you could choose your favorite and forget about custom coding. In the future, Kadence has stated they’ll be releasing more Child Themes, so you may have a variety of options for a Contact Page.

Not sure if Kadence has plans to release a Form Widget, but that would be cool. 🙂

for example right now i order a product myself but there is no mail or notification to me (ex your product has been sent etc.)
and there is no mail like you have an order from michael etc. how can i solve this?
is there any sample page about review and suggestion page in virtue piremium theme i couldn’t find?
one last thing i couldn’t find some language options i need to change language from english to turkish.

Yesterday I loaded Pinnacle Premium for the first time ever. I was trying Virtue but find the aesthetics of Pinnacle more appealing. The switch was not entirely painless and that is causing some questions.

1) How do I remove the down arrow and right arrow symbols in the primary menu and dropdown?

2) The footers (I’m using 4) have heading text that appears to be centered and underlined. I want left justified, no underlines. How to do that?

3) The top bar is wider left to right (touches edges of screen) than the header. How do I get the top bar to have the same width as the header?

4) In the vcard the city / state text is flush left to the screen; prefer it to line up on the left underneath the street address. Possible?

5) Footer #4 lists bulleted blog post titles; background text color is defaulting to something. How do I get no bullets and change the background color?

6) The home page has Pro slider images and then summarized blog entries. Not liking the underlined blog section title text. How to remove underline?

7) I’m using The Events Calendar plugin – which doesn’t use a page to contain the text. I have the setting in TEC set to “Default Page Template” and end up with my calendar having the blog window (categories, post names, etc) on the right. What am I doing wrong? Where does one set the Default template?

8) Is there a way to reduce the space between the menu items listed on the primary menu?

9) Is there a way of placing the menu icon above the menu text, with a bigger icon, as was seen using the Virtue theme?

10) I need the drop down menu fields on the primary menu to be wider. What is the CSS to change the width?

11) And – whew! – is there a document that defines PP CSS constructs and what they do? I haven’t had success yet finding this; probably not looking in the right place. 🙂

Let me know if I should have entered these as multiple posts instead of all in one. I’m a newbie to your company. Not sure of the protocol here.

Please, also, accept my thanks for a heck of a good theme. Kudos to all involved in developing and supporting this theme!

My client is quite eager to get a quicker overview without scrolling down so much.

Post and Page Content area Background is often above your Main Content Background. So by making the post area transparent but leaving the main content background whatever color you had previously set your post content then nothing would change.

Think of it as layers.

Ok the scripts to FALSE only applies if both maps are on the same page. Leave on for your map on the home page.

Your issue is that you have not authorized your contact page to use your api..

 Google Maps API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError
Your site URL to be authorized: http://milchcafe-radermacher.de/kontakt-2/

You must authorize your pages where you want to use the map.
