I can give you the CSS if you can you link to the page where you want to hide the categories, and specify which categories you want to get rid of.

A shortcode button doesn’t have a “rel” that you can add.

You would need to add a basic link and give it some styles… like this:

<a href="#product" rel="m_PageScroll2id" class="kad-btn-primary kad-btn kad-btn-large">Learn More</a>

You can place that shortcode into any text editor. Try the above shortcode I posted within the page content and I think you’ll like the results. You’ll just have to place your image ids within. This will generate a shorter carousel.

the more columns you set in your carousel the smaller the images.

Hello Rodrigo,

I don’t believe that the theme shortcodes support the page scroll to id attribute.

Are you using a plugin to achieve this? If so, tell me which one and I’ll attempt to get it to work on my test site.

Also, all together, the images are all too large. Is there a way to make the whole slider small? The ideal size would be like how they appear on this page: http://www.climateshield.net/certified-quality/

Hi Hannah,

The last several WP themes I’ve used had attachment pages styled to go to the file when both clicked on the file title and/or image (if image, a PDF may have been represented by an icon or logo stand in). I thought it was a standard. Now that it’s not in this theme, it’s screwing up some of my past content. So if it’s not a feature you’re keen on adding, I’d really appreciate some hints on how I can make it as part of a child theme (basically, how to take same Attachment page template, but change so both images and titles are linked to original file).

For example: Here’s a screenshot of how a PDF that was linked to its attachment page shows up. Effectively, a user cannot view the content now. I’d rather not have to go back and find all links and change them from linking to attachment to linking to media file.

Another example, an image: This sort of image should be able to easily navigable to the original (large) file, as it may be printed. (this example not really because it’s a specific-to-me diagram, but I have put large-format infographic images on that are meant as printable).

Here’s another image, same thing – I linked a blog image to its attachment page.

P.S., I installed that plugin, I’ll play w/ it later, but I’d really like to keep links to attachments since it’s been working for years.

You can do this by setting the All Projects Default Portfolio Page in Theme Options > Portfolio Options.

Probably not. If the pages are using an identical page builder layout, then the CSS should apply to all instances on your site.

Is there a way to change the portfolio icon link? (The icon with the 9 squares between the arrows). I want to change the slug for my portfolio page thus I want to change that icon’s link to something different that example: mywebsite/portfolio.

Let me ask you this…I have 15-20 pages that will be set up with the same basic layout. Will I need to write custom CSS for each panel on each page?
