    If you do what to host. You can use the default wordpress player. Just upload the file through add media and add it to the page.

    I don’t know what you mean by this. Can you maybe send me a screen shot?

    2. Pagebuilder is a plugin, one we recommended. You don’t need to change anything on the hteme simply activate the plugin. You can do that in the apperance > install plugins page.

    I used the Coming Soon plugin. I published my home page and was able to then to go Readings and make it a static page. Good. However, I still have no response in Theme Defined Layouts or Prebuilt Layouts. No option to activate, nothing. Second question: so if I have Virtue Premium and decide I want to use a Page Builder Prebuilt layout, how does that work? Do I deactivate Virtue? The drag-and-drop with the Live Editor is what I’m after. The simplest of the simple.

    What kind of changes are you wanting to make? Depending on what you want to do, it may be possible with CSS.

    Hi,

    On our site an author will create a post – and the post is displayed on other pages of the site based on its category (using the blog grid template). The post excerpts are no longer displaying for the posts that were created with Pinnacle split content. This was working beautifully several weeks ago. Am I missing something?

    You are right ! and it is showing only on the homepage… and it looks like the topbar is enabled for your homepage only

    Any page you assign as a static front page in Settings> Reading will automatically use the front-page template. Shortcode for a home portfolio page is ideal.

    I tried ‘portfolio full’ for the home page and it does not allow category filtering or let you add more than 4 across. The shortcake works best so far.

    HI Ben, hannah and all
    I need to style and basically move around the items on the woocommerce my account page, and would like to do it non template if I can.
    Is it possible to do in Virtue Premium and what do you recommend?
    Or is there a solution inside virtue that I’m not aware of, like the custom 404 pages I discovered a few weeks back?

    No, I still see the “wrong” Hamburger on my start page, and I cleared the browser cache several times.

    Hello,

    Here is the site I am working on:

    I am following this Creating a Home Page with Virtue Premium tutorial video and around min 8 it showing a third button on the top of the WYSIWYG editor: PAGE BUILDER.
    I do not have it

    Also on the home page, in stead of having the slider I get the shortcode [kadence_slider_pro id=”select”]

    I only installed the WPML plugin and disabled it at the moment in case this would be the cause of the issue but no change.

    Hi Darja,
    1. From your individual staff edit page you can set a custom excerpt. If you don’t see this option ensure Excerpt is selected from the Screen Options tab on the top right of the page.

    2. You can add this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

    Hi there,

    Please see this is what happens if I update to the latest version of wordpress on the following site

    All plugins and themes seem to be to date. I have taken the WordPress version back to the old one for the time being to be able to address the issue.
    Obviously for security I would prefer to be able to keep this website on the latest version.

    Hi everybody!
    I hope my English is good enough to describe my problem 🙂

    I’m using WP 4.6 and Virtue Premium 3.8.4 and I’ve set a mobile menue in appearance -> menu page. I tried both creating an own menu and assigning my primary menu with the mobile navigation check box by further down.

    The problem is as follows: I open my website http://www.simone-hofmann.com on my smartphone, and I find a topbar with a so called “Hamburger”. By clicking the Hamburger, I find a search box and a link to a website that I don’t need anymore.
    But, if I follow any link on my start page (e.g. by clicking the first dog shown on my start page), every page has a Hamburger with a correct regular menu.

    I tried everything (I hope), but I can’t find the mistake. The search box is disabled in the template settings -> topbar.
