I was wondering if there was a way to alter images on a staff or speaker page to be round in the options of the Pinnacle theme. I know I can add custom CSS and wrap the image in a div tag to achieve the same effect. Just wondering if it’s possible without resorting to that?
Hi there,
I started making this in Pinnace but then client wanted a boxed background.
However, they want the main menu as currently is http://185.123.99.153/~textilealchemist
AND a secondary menu to highlight main products. Obviously the secondary menu is used for the right main menu in this instance. I started using a widget but then realised this won’t be on all pages PLUS it doesn’t sit up to header?
What is the best way of achieving this?
It will be for the product categories, 6 of them.
Thanks in advance,
Rebecca

Kevin, I added the shortcode, you can see it above the old one, but it includes the same products, that are not the last featured products.
Ben, I opened https://www.aluzii.ro/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product as well as https://www.aluzii.ro/wp-admin/admin.php?page=kad_options&tab=9, but there is no “sort products” button. Am I wrong and I have to go to another area?
Thank you,
Nicolae
Hello
I have a page in development which I have the bbpress forum plugin running on and am struggling to figure out how to make the topic page full width.
I am a total rookie, and need pretty idiot proof instructions sorry.
Can someone please help?
Thanks in advance
Products default to order by the order set in your admin > products page. Click there and at the top you will see a “sort products” button there you can drag and drop the order you want.
Ben
The error “This site cannot be reached” has nothing to do with the theme, just with the hosting provider.
Make sure to get the latest version from your “my-account” page https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/

There aren’t really any options to customize the home product carousel, but you can add this shortcode into your visual editor to display featured products by date added.
[carousel type=featured-products orderby=date]
All of the products that you give a star in the products page will appear in this carousel, by date, in your page content.
Let me know if that works for you!
And, I don’t see a “My Account” page on the Kadence site.
Hello,
I have a installed a Home Product Carousel (titled ”Carți online” at *Login to see link and I’d like to have the products ordered chronologically (latest products to be the firsts in carousel). Right now, I do not understand the criteria for the order of the featured products in carousel. How can I set this?
Thank you,
Nicolae
What about the parent theme is broken? If the parent theme isn’t configured correctly, then the child theme wont work either.
Maybe you should try deleting the theme in Appearance> Themes, then re-downloading it from the My Account page here.
Upload the Zip as you would with any other theme, then try configuring your child theme.
Let me know if that makes a difference.
Hi,
In portfolio carousel which is located on home page when I move arrow to one of the pictures the name of the gallery comes up. How I could make it permanent e.g. so the name of the gallery would be constantly on?
Regards,
Serg
Your hosting server has this error: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/
You need to install the plugin on that page to fix our contact your host and have them fix your server.

I created a revolution slider to appear just below the Primary navigation on my home page. When I scroll all the way to the top, the primary navigation disappears; when I scroll down, it reappears. I don’t want it to disappear when I get to the top of the page. What setting should I change? I’ve searched and am at a loss.
Hello Edgar,
The page that you linked to is in maintenance mode. Can you unhide it so I can see what dropdown you’re referring to?
thanks,
Kevin
ok yeah so I didn’t realize you were doing this through a custom page where your using a shortcode. Kevin is correct here just edit the shortcode you added.
