Hi there,

On my site I have a page named /shop where I am displaying a variety of products that link to Amazon and Etsy.
This is just a temporary solution while I build a nice wooCommerce shop for my website.

My problem is that once I install the wooCommerce plugin, it conflicts with my temporary shop named url/shop.
I have tried changing my temporary shop page to store or merchandise but the wooCommerce plugin is still affecting this page.

Just wondering if you have a solution on how to build a wooCommerce shop in the background that doesn’t affect my temporary shop?

Hi Ben

2. Currently the only woo shortcode that I can manually choose the products is only Featured. All the others are based on if the item is on Sale, Best selling (automated), Top- Rated (based on most reviews) which does not really work for me. All of my products will show a discounted price from original price and there is not enough data for Best-Sellers or Top-Rated.
I’ve currently used up the Featured Prod & on Sale Prod, I need another product grid for Special Offers and I want the Special offers to be excluded from showing up on Sales Grid.
The next best option i guess is to use the Recent Product shortcode

4. Can u tell me how to use the Pagebuilder? Since I need to handpick the products instead of by category, can I create a New Cateogory, set it to Private, and then i used that Category for the virtue carousel?

I am a complete noob at this, and hope can get this issue fixed soon 🙂

2. How could I change the font of the title for each post (I think h3 tag) in category page.
I tried to use the CSS below but failed.

3. I want to add a single dotted line between “Search from Area” and “Search from Image” at sidebar if possible.
As for the blog post I would like to add a single dotted line under the secound picture(bicyle picture) before beginning of the next text(beginning with ■)

Thanks the home page portfolio is solved now I have isotope filter and all types.
One simple more question How do I display Portfolio Tags? This Portfolio Post has a tag (single portions) but I don’t see it in any place in the page, can you teach me on it?

The page should have categories like T-shirt, hoddies, Shirts. And for each category need to be sub- categorize by.

Am not a programmer. I can do it only through CMS. Plz guide me or providing me any article to do so. Thanks

Hi,
I changed the language of theme in finnish and also woocommerce plugin in finnish but then product view just dont show up. It says;

Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.

It looks like this was the result of either:

a mistyped address
an out-of-date link

If I change it back to english it works just fine, but I need it in finnish language. I have no idea waht to do 🙁

Hey Sybella,
1. Do you mind telling me what exactly is in your custom css?

2. You can reduce the spacing with this css:

.home-padding {
    padding: 25px 0 0;
}

3. You can use the layout builder widget and create a row with a set background color then add the testimonial widget on top of this row to give it a cleaner look. You can use this css to remove the testimonial title:

.kadence_testimonials_slider h3 {
    display: none;
}

If you wanted the testimonial slider just above your footer you can set your page as a static page and using page builder add the testimonials widget to your home static page then enable Page Content at the bottom of your homepage layout manager in Theme Options > Home Layout.

    margin-top: 50px;
}

You can remove the padding around the logo with this:

Hi there, so I wanted to try out using the home widget instead of the flex slider. I want to be able to use an image as well as welcome text to my website. You guys gave me some great code to get rid of the space between the flex slider and secondary menu, which still works for the widget. However, now the cursor stopped working for some reason on my secondary menu. It will not allow me to click on any of teh secondary menu but will for everything else. The only change I did was the home widget.

I also now need to adjust the white space between the home widget and the product categories which you will see on my homepage.

I’d also like to have the option to put in testimonial slider on home widget too but don’t know how to get rid of the gappy space that this creates. Another possible area would be at the bottom of the home page under the product categories but above the footer section. How would I do that? Also is there a way to get rid of the word testimonial which is quite large and taking up space or to even change it to say what our “customers are saying,” or something?

Lastly, how do I make the font size bigger in the header widget for free shipping next to my logo and also have it still line up with my logo and how can I make my logo a bit bigger so it fills up some of the already white space?

Hey guys,
I have just updated my Virtue Premium Theme to the Version: 3.7.5 and after disconnecting from wordpress I realized all the content had disappeared. There is nothing there except for the plugins and themes I have installed, and strangely enough the Categories and Tags. No photos, posts, pages…
I have tried to change the Theme to see if the content appears, but it doesn’t!
Please let me know what can be done.

You can make multiple galleries. Then create extra pages using

<!--nextpage-->

So you could do a gallery shortcode of say 30 images, then add a next page then another with 30 images.

5. This is due to an issue with page builders recent update. I suggest moving one version back until they fix.
