After theme update last week, and update of slider revolution the post-based news slider on my website caused the entire FrontPage to dissappear. It was all white screen. I resolved the issue temporarily by removing the slider from the page and the page shows up as normal.
I use other Revolution sliders on the website and they all work just fine like before the update. The only issue discovered so far is the post-based sliders.Also, when i try to preview the slider in the back end it won’t preview. Only white screen.

If u could help me to find out how can i make different web pages with different background images or different background color…
I have created a home page with one background image… Theme Options >> Advanced Styling >> i have set all my backgrounds to transparent besides my Body Content background… Uploaded an image over there… and added the following CSS given by Hannah… :
body {
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;
}
It worked awesome, however now the same background comes automatically on all other web pages too, when i create them….
Is there any possibility to create different webpages with different background images or color and not the same as my home page background…As always, really appreciate ur patience and support…

Hi Ben,
The message I got was:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.I’m also getting this one on the dashboard:
Slider Revolution error: could not unzip into the revslider/public/assets/ folder, please make sure that this folder is writableSince I like a site that’s easy to maintain and I already read some critical reviews regarding this slider’s security settings, load times and workability I decided to replace it. Feel free to advise however on why I got this message and if it’s related to the 404 errors you found.
Anyway regarding your answers:
1. That’s really is a shame and the one reason why I chose the revolution slider in the first place. I would like to have an introduction on the landing page that plays only once, not a continuously playing animation. Would you consider adding this option in the near future or do you know of another slider that has this option?
2. Thanks for the code! May I suggest this would be a nice option as well to program into you slider?
3. OK. How can I set it to expand across the full width of the screen?

Hello, I set up a blog with the sidebar on the right side on the homepage, but will not be displayed even if it seems to me that the settings are correct.

After creating a child theme and activating it, I have noticed that my menus are different from before.
For example, when I am on my home page *Login to see link it shows 2 menus, the way it was before the child theme was created.
If I click on a product *Login to see link then the menu changes.
What do I need to do for it to show the same 2 menus on all pages?

Hey guys, I made the update to Pinnacle 1.7.0 last night and all my media in the blogs, pages, and shopping products went from 1080px wide to 940px.
I know that there is an option in the Theme Settings for a max page width of 940px, but that remains “off”. This seems to be affecting the images only and not the body copy. I did check all the plugins to and found that nothing seemed to affect it, also the dashboard settings for wordpress are set to 1080 as well“Is there some css I can use to get the images to be the full 1080px that they were before the update?”
Here is the link to a sample of the issue on my page, notice how the images are 940px, but the body copy and image gallery are still shown at the full 1080px width.

theme options > Mobile header > use simple mobile header
On the iphone,
If I turn this option ON, the blue top menu is removed.
I want the top blue menu to remain and not disappear along with the 2 options mention in the previous post:
a) The logo image stays as I scroll up and down the page. (with the top blue menu bar remains)
b) can we move the logo and put it by the side of the hamburger icon in the top menu blue bar in the top left corner?

the staff grid page on the site below is not showing the staff members on MS Edge. The filter also seems to be broken. I did not see any errors on the Edge console. It displays properly on all other browsers I’ve tried.
Any idea what could be wring or how to work around it. Even a “this browser sucks, please get a real one” message would be fine by me.

Artur, on your activity-tracker page. Please edit the page where you see your shortcodes can you make sure to add columns=”3″ to each. After you do that clear your cache.
You can set the active menu color in your theme options > menu settings.

So I added columns=”3″ to your shortcodes in your activity tracker page and it is now taking up the whole space. Is that what you were wanting?
As for your shop page, I am seeing it display fine. Can you be more specific as to what you mean?

Any tips on how to get back the coming soon page on new wp installations?
What do you mean exactly? Are you wanting a coming soon page with a login option?
