    FYI: I was searching through the pages on this forum. When I click on page 3, it goes to a 404 (shop page). Occasionally, I check the recent support pages: great info that maybe relevant to making changes for my site.

    Hi Kadence team,

    I observe the following annoying behavior

    Behavior 1:
    ———–

    Background
    ————
    Top bar is fixed with hamburger navigation button on the extreme left of the top bar

    Top bar will remain fix as you scroll down

    The following happen with Mobile phone POTRAIT orientation.

    Home page > Tap on the “hamburger navigation button” on the top left corner > Drop down menu > Tap “Shop” > loads to the Shopping page , drop down menu retracts > Tap back button of phone browser> Loads back to the previous page > menu is drop down.

    Expectation is that the menu should not drop down until you tap the navigation button

    Behavior 2:
    —————-

    The following happen with Mobile phone LANDSCAPE orientation.

    Home page > Tap on the “hamburger navigation button” on the top left corner > Drop down menu > Tap “Shop” > loads to the Shopping page , drop down menu retracts > Tap back button of phone browser> Loads back to the previous page > TOP BAR MENU IS MISSING

    Behavior 3:

    This behavior is an extension of behavior 2

    Note that the Logo is display at the center of the page and extend with empty space on the left and right of the logo

    Action from behavior 2 after you tap on the phone browser back button
    Tap back button of phone browser > Loads back to the previous page > TOP BAR MENU IS MISSING > Tap on the empty space on the left of the logo >

    IT BRINGS UP THE KEYBOARD FOR ENTERING ??! SIMPLY AMAZAING!

    Pls help me.

    I have a similar question here… I would like all my pages to have default padding in the header so that they are the same height. I have increased the padding to 210 on all individual pages. But now in my Blog I would like to increase the height on all post page headers. In Theme options>page title I can change the header style for all post pages but I cannot change the header height. How can I go about doing this? Thanks.

    The situation is the same with 1 big item grid ocuupying the whole width of the mobile phone display , I wanted th item grid to be smaller. as well

    HI Ben,

    you are right.

    SHOPPING PAGE

    Current situation:
    a) Laptop view: Shopping page, item display grid is 1 row x 4 coluum
    b) Mobile phone portriat orientation: item display grid is 1 item by1 item coccuping more than about 50% of the screen, need to scroll down to see the next item.
    c) Mobile phone lanscape orientation: item display becomes 1 row x 3 column, need to

    Objective:

    for a) , remain
    for b) , possible to reisez from a) with N row x 2 column on display? This means that for 4 items , it becomes 2 x 2 , for 5 items it becomes 3 row x 2 column where 1st colum has 3 items and 2nd colum has 2 item grid. Take into account to have the brieft item name and price will automatically resize as well>

    for c) , possible to reisez from a) with N row x 4 column on display? This means that for 4 items , it becomes 1row x 4 item grid , for 5 items it becomes 2 rows with 4 column where 1st row has 4 items grid and 2nd row has 1 item grid. Take into account to have the brief item name and price will automatically resize as well.

    I am able to resize the image but the grid that contains the image did not gets smaller, so maybe becuas of that, the objective that I seek cannot be achieve.

    Please help.

    Hi.

    My website is

    In my Home page and Portfolio Page, i have some portfolios.
    When I open one portfolio and them open the images, my Logo is superimposed/over the image.

    This can not happen!

    How can I solve this?

    Hi! This has been throwing me. I want to put a little light bulb icon/image in the short description, but when I do, it throws excess html onto the very top of webpage. Pics attached.

    In WooCommerce Shipping Settings, I selected “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”
    But on Cart page, the Shipping Costs are still shown…
    Not sure if it is a theme issue or a WC issue.

    When I choose “Product Data – Simple Product” under WooCommerce, the formatting is correct.
    That means, all three:

    Add to Cart
    Continue Shopping
    Wish list

    are on top of each other and at the same horizontal position. Please the link below:
    Link to the product with the setting Product Data – Simple Product

    However, when I choose

    Product Data – External / Affiliate Product

    Continue Shopping

    is shifted to the left.

    Also, according to product settings for the

    External / Affiliate Product

    under Woocommerce / Product page, I should see a button linking the product to the external page for that product.

    Here is the settings under Product Data – External / Affiliate Product :
    Product URL: Enter the external URL to the product.
    I enter.e.g.:
    http://www.xyz.com
    Button text
    This text will be shown on the button linking to the external product.
    E.g. I enter buy this product at xyz

    Here is the link to the product selected with the option

    Product Data – External / Affiliate Product

    Link to the product with External / Affiliate Product selection

    You can see how

    Continue Shopping

    is shifted and I don’t see the link that is supposed to appear under the product.

    Can you please let me know what I need to change.

    You can use a search widget in Page Builder to add it anywhere on a page. If you’re not familiar with page builder, here is a nice tutorial.

    Your links are of drafts which I can’t see.

    here is a tutorial about page-builder and in it you can add a row that is fullwidth as well as columns to put one item on the right and one on the left.

    Hey Ashley,
    The homepage slider in the virtue premium style 4 demo uses images that are 2000x1455px. I would recommend using something along those lines. Then ensure you have selected the fullwidth option within the slider settings.
