I wrote this to your same question before:
That isn’t an option within woocommerce. You would have to edit or hook into the shipping options in the woocommerce files. Because that’s a radio button I don’t really recommend it. I would suggest just adding information in the footer of your page about shipping options.

Dear Ben,

I’m having the same problem. At the top of my dashboard page it says: “The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.” there is a link to Virtue Premium Activation page, but when I enter my activation key copied from my account page, nothing happens, and the error message continues. I’ve added this youtube video embed code to text widgets:
<iframe width=”100%” src=”*Login to see link frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>

The video works fine but I would like to edit the text and the text widget opens, but the left side just keeps spinning and won’t open for editing. I’d like to be able to edit and not have to do the widgets completely over again. Any suggestions? Is this happening to anyone else or just me?

Interestingly I can open the few that have this vimeo embed code:

Hi Hannah and Ben,
I tested both your suggestions. This code makes fullwidth posts in one column:
[kad_blog orderby=date items=8 fullpost=false], but I cannot limit the words to for example 75 words on the start page and get a border around each post. Do you have a solution also for these?

Hi, I have categories on my page that are not displaying at all and I know that I have products in those categories. Hi Ben

I also have an issue with a sidebar on the main blog page.
– I made the page full width
– made sure the sidebar was DEselected on the page itself
– have set the site up to not have a sidebar (Main settings)
etc.

If I go to settings > reading and make the blog page “select”
Them my posts don’t show up on the main blog page

2) For the header, I’ve toyed with all the relevant settings I can find, and don’t seem to be able to insert an image (in place of the blue field behind the Navigators USA logotype).

3) And a related question: on both sites referenced above I am using a call-to-action which DOES display a full-width parallax image, however on the new Navigators site *Login to see link the image always shows a seam where top and bottom join and this persists no matter which image position settings I use.

When registering the API key on wp-admin/options-general.php?page=kt_api_manager_dashboard&tab=kt_api_manager_dashboard I looked up the email at kadencethemes.com/my-account/ This page showed the email when I purchased the license 2 years ago. Turned out that I could not use this mail.

I had changed my mail at *Login to see link some weeks ago. Using this other (not listed) mail it worked.

But you should change the documentation about the API keys so that it reads: Use the “API License Key” from kadencethemes.com/my-account/ and your kadencethemes.com login email for “API License email”.

PS BTW, I think a yearly licence would be appropriate (instead of lifetime). I would definitely not mind. Your support is fantastic, the product too. It would still be extremely good money for the value. I am saying this as a very confident customer! I am also a developer and I do know how time-consuming good support is. Especially since you all always answer within a few hours only. I am also very astonished how you manage to do such a good job to so many people.

Hi Hanna!

I have already enabled this, no problem with this! I think I explained my problem badly, sorry.

The layout is awful because I think the basic portfolio template of the pinnacle theme messes up my page builder template! Do you see what I mean?

Can I disable this basic template? In the page menu, I have a template called Page Builder in page attributes, but not in the portfolio.

In short, I just want page builder works in my single portfolio posts! 🙂

I’ve done what you say from the first moment, but always gives me the same error:

“Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.
Invalid Request.”

The site works, apparently. It is not finished yet.

Thanks again for your patience & help!

1. I’ve checked the two areas you’re talking about and don’t see anything that should interfere with the h1 tag. Right now on my site, when I go into the Customizer I cannot make any changes that I can actually save. Whenever I go there, it simply says the customizer is loading in the upper tab…and it never fully loads. There is no display of my site on the right-hand side. So I cannot touch the typography there, and I feel this is part of the problem (related to that product page, etc.). But I don’t know why this is happening. I can make the changes in Typography through Theme Options. Sometimes this seems to work, but sometimes not.

For example, I made a change to the Paragraph font to Notica Text in Theme Options/Typography. But it only changes in some places, but not others. A good way to see this is on this page: http://cultureweave.com/who-what-why/. If you go to the very bottom, you’ll see there is a bulleted section. That is in the new Notica Text font, but the rest of the page is in the old font. I’m not sure why this change doesn’t populate throughout the site, but I suspect it ties in with the problem I’ve identified above.

2. I have made the change to the child theme. It wasn’t as scary as I thought :-)! I did have to work awhile to reconfigure widgets, but that’s about it. Will having the Pinnacle Premium Child Theme allow me to customize more?

BTW, this is my first foray into wp.org. Sorry for all the questions. I am doing some online training now so I hope I can learn how to take care of these questions myself in time. But I appreciate your help, especially with #1 above. I cannot seem to figure out what’s going on!

So you’re just wanting to use page builder on your portfolio posts correct? You can enable this from Settings > Page Builder > General and selecting Portfolio.

Yes the cloudflare is running, the reason I ask is because after testing these plugins again, I found the issued plugin is Yuzo – Related Posts, the page can’t display if I activate this plugin, however how can I use it without causing the wrong effect of display?
