    Are you overriding the Header or Footer templates? if so make sure you update them to match the latest versions.

    Hello, I am using default Pinnacle theme, with all fonts/styles/colors/footer color default, but when I try to insert Widget: Pinnacle Contact/Vcard, the company name seems to be in the same color as default footer color (dark grey/black). All other fields work fine and are in white color.

    Any possibilities to change the text color of the company name?

    Many thanks and thanks for your awesome themes/plugins!

    Hello Kadence Support,

    Virtue: Google Map – Not Working Properly
    We have two locations in Los Angeles using your widget to mark our locations on Google Map on Footers.
    Marker Title One: working OK, Marker Title Two: not working (not marking location two on the map)
    We are adult stores:

    I am looking forward to your help.

    Best Regards,
    Sam

    Hi, all.

    Kevin, I read this document you created on Kadance site.

    Does this information still hold true today? I must use the workaround to keep the Mailchimp Popup from breaking my site? Is it still stable? Are there any other issues I should know?

    Also, I have a Mailchimp sign up for in the footer. Can I use both without issues?

    Thank you for your continue help and support.

    I’m not seeing the CSS. Can you confirm that you’ve cleared your cache?

    .pushbutton-wide {
        -webkit-appearance: none !important;
        -moz-appearance:    none !important;

        appearance:         none !important;
    }

    Also, I see you’re adding a script to your custom CSS box. This is not correct and will likely break your site. All custom javascript should be added via Theme Options> Header/Footer Scripts. Header Footer Scripts can be enabled in Theme Options> Theme Extensions.

    If you’re still having trouble, can you disable your cache and minify completely so that I can take a closer look?

    Hey,
    It’s about replacing what you have with something else. So not adding. Looks like your current script is in the footer widget area in a visual editor widget.

    1. That page is your portfolio page. The settings for your portfolio page are found in Theme Options> Portfolio Options. This allows you to set the way the content will display on your portfolio. Whichever page you’re setting as “All Projects Default Portfolio Page” will take on these settings.

    To create and edit portfolio posts, go to your admin, and in the sidebar, you should see the “portfolio” section that contains your posts.

    2. For your menus, I suggest creating a new one in Appearance> Menus. This is the demo site’s menu and is not intended to be used on actual sites. Here’s a guide on how menus work in the theme/wordpress:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/building-displaying-menus/

    It should tell you how to add your own pages to a new menu, allowing you full control over the menu content and locations. I would just create a new one from scratch with only the pages you want to use.

    3. Sorry for your frustration. I understand that starting with a new theme is a big learning project, but once you figure it out it should make sense. I suggest taking some time to read through the documentation here:
    http://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/

    Using this site, as well as the tutorials I linked to above should provide a lot of the required information. We do our best to provide top notch support through the forum, but it’s just not feasible for us to have phone or video conversations. Hopefully you can understand.

    4. You can customize your footer content in Appearance> Widgets. Theme Options> Footer controls the layout.

    Hopefully this helps clear things up a bit.

    I suggest clearing your cache and taking another look. The footer appears like this for me:
    https://postimg.cc/BjN8sdYw

    After clearing your cache, let me know if you see any difference.

    This will change the font size of body text in your footer:

    #containerfooter p {
        font-size: 14px;
    }

    This is for your content text:

    .entry-content p {
        font-size: 20px;
        letter-spacing: 2px;
    }

    Hope that helps!

    Hannah, I like the font size in the sidebar. Footer could be a little smaller.

    Font in posts body needs to be a smidge bigger and line spacing about a 1,2 or 1,3 spacing.

    The widgets are actually all aligned exactly the same. The difference is the height of your widgets.

    I’m guessing you want to bring the other footer widgets down to center align them with the tallest widget, so try this CSS:

    .footercol2 .footer-widget-title {
        margin-bottom: 30px
    }
    .footercol3 .footer-widget-title  {
        margin-bottom: 22px
    }

    Is that what you’re after?

    Here is CSS that will target that text:

    .container.above-footer-widgets .textwidget p {
        font-size: 14px !important;
    }

    Let me know if that works for you.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thank you. The only thing I can not target with css for mobile is the above footer text widget.
    I want the font-size in mobile mode at 14px!

    Any idea how to target the text “Elk pakketje dat retour webwinkel gaat = extra CO2 uitstoot van 0,03 kg” in the above footer widget?

    thanks

    Do I need to add that to the header and footer script in the theme options? If so I tried adding that code to the Footer Output and it didn’t make a difference.

    Hi,
    My website hippodefense.com is not showing sections properly. IF you look at the homne page, the sections are not flowing all the way across, outside of the header and footer. white is on each side and when I add a section picture or color, it still has that white space on each. I like the inner where the top menus, footers are showing up, that is right, but not the sections within. I want on the sections for the color and background to not have space on the side.

    2nd issue, I just paid for a revolution slider upgrade so I could get access to the library and nothing I don, will created a popup of the activation so I can fill in the new activation key. Is there any code which will stop this so I can activate this slider?

    Thanks, Deborah Straub

    Hey JF,
    Try adding this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    @media (min-width: 992px) {
    #containerfooter div#TA_excellent946 {
        margin-top: 28px;
    }
    }

    Hope that helps!

    Hannah
