    1. Can’t move the tabs without a child theme and some editing. If you are wanting to go that route let me know and let me know what you know for code. As for a easy way to show content next to the Image thats all done with the short description.

    2. You can change the tab title in the theme options > language settings.

    3. You can change the font by adjusting the h1 tag in the theme options > typography setting. This will effect all your page titles though so if you just want to effect the product title use this css:

    div.product .product_title {
    font-size: 20px;
    }

    Hi again,

    noticed that on my /checkout page there’s English and Finnish languages happily mixed on “I’ve read and approved…” (or something like that) tick box where the user needs to agree on the terms before continuing, please see the screenshot in

    “I’ve” is in English and the rest (“lue ja hyväksy kauppa- ja toimitusehdot”) is in Finnish language. Where’s the problem – theme, WooCommerce or Paytrail plugin that I’m using? I want to have it in Finnish.

    You can edit the translation however you want. The de_DE.po file is located in the languages folder of the theme. It was done by a user so if you have just a few changes you can post them here and I’ll update else you can work with the po file and send me the update and I’ll add it.

    Hey,
    You can use shortcodes in the home page content to have different versions of the icon menu. For example polylang translates the page content so if you add columns and the icon box to each column then you can have separate ones for each language.

    The read more is done by using the language settings in the theme options. Once you add your main language to the read more area then polylang will give you the string option to translate it.

    Hi Ben,
    I’m usign Polylang and need to translate the icon texts on the front page’s Icon Menu. I asked this question already in the wordpress org site. You told me then it would be possible to translate with Premium version. I just bought it. So how do I do that? This text is not displayed on the strings of the Polylang plugin.
    Same question for the “read more” as I my site is multilanguage.

    Hi Ben,

    I changed some wrong translations in the po file and generated a mo file, since then not german gui like the cart in the topmenu and the config area of virtu in wp admin is shown.
    I try to find the text from onsale: “sale!” and need to change it in “Aktion” . During this activity all changed in english.
    I did not move any language file in the childthem. I was changing the original one. I use CodeStyling Localization plugin.

    Any help?

    Maybe you can give me a hint on this:

    Do you have any idea how I can customize the woocommerce language files? I got everytime an error. Have open up a ticket at woo support yesterday but didn’t got any feedback right now.

    Thanks Josef

    Hi again!
    This came with the instructions. I´ve translated it with google translation. Do you understand what they mean by ” This tag will retrieve and render a widget in the browser for the pages where you put it. Do not change any of the parameters included in the line above, they are suitable for you.”?

    Here´s the whole message:

    Thank you for registering!

    In this email are instructions attached where you can
    learn how to use widgets to Posten.se.

    We have now created the script tag that you need to integrate the widget into your own site.

    <script language = “JavaScript” src=”http://services3.posten.se/integration/bin/wGen?k=62d371fe020bed95709e92be63dca059&t=1&v=2.0&lang=sv”></script&gt;

    Want to communicate over https so that’s fine too:

    <script language = “JavaScript” src=”https://services3.posten.se/integration/bin/wGen?k=62d371fe020bed95709e92be63dca059&t=1&v=2.0&lang=sv”></script&gt;

    This tag will retrieve and render a widget in the browser for the pages where you put it.
    Do not change any of the parameters included in the line above, they are suitable for you.

    Again, thank you for your interest and good luck!

    Yours sincerely

    Hi!
    I feel like a complete fool. I can not find the body tag in the Virtue Pro theme. I´ve looked in the templates/footer.php file but there´s nothing. I´m supposed to add a script for tracking parcels on a customers website. The code comes from the Royal Mail postal service in Sweden, and they call it a widget. Will it appear in the widget zone when the code is added correctly?

    Here´s the code:
    <script language=”JavaScript”
    src=”

    Please help me find out where to put it, making it visible on the website.

    Best regards Linda

    Hi there,

    I’m having a issue with the “Sold” label that isn’t showing on out-of-stock products.
    The “Show Sold tag if product out of stock” option is switched on in the Shop Settings.
    I’ve also tried a custom “Product Sold Text” in the Language Settings.
    The label/badge just doesn’t show when a product is out of stock.

    The “Sale” label on the other hand works just fine.

    I’m using Virtue Premium version 2.1.6 with a child theme and WordPress version is 3.8.1

    The webshop is still under construction with Dutch language:
    The product “TEST – SOLD OUT” is the out-of-stock product that should have the “Sold” label.
    Could you help me out here? Thanks!

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hi Ben,

    I really like the custom carousel option for the home page layout, but I need to use shortcodes since I’m working on a multilanguage site. Would you be able to tell me what the shortcode would be like with all the options from the home layout under theme options? Ideally I would like it to look the same as well if that’s possible:

    – Carousel Title
    – Carousel items with an image, description, title and link for each
    – Number of columns
    – How items scroll
    – Speed

    Much appreciated!

    Hey Mark,
    You can edit that in the Theme options, language settings.
    “Mobile dynamic Filter Projects text”

    Just realized I can simply change the Recent posts widget’s header into any language I prefer. I therefore removed my initial question. Regards Kristoffer

    Instead of using the contact form I would use contact form 7 plugin. It’s already styled to match the theme contact form and it will give you all the options you want and allow you to have different ones depending on the language.

    Assign a menu to the topbar navigation location on the menus page of wordpress admin

    As for the cart title in the theme options language settings there is a place to change the your cart text, edit that and see if the string shows up in wpml.

    Hi.

    I’m using the following setup for a multilang shop site
    Wordpress 3.8.1
    Theme Virtue Premium 2.0.7
    Woocommerce 2.2.2
    WPML 3.0.2-a
    WooCommerce Multilingual Version 3.2.2

    Everything is working fine so far.
    I just can’t find a way to edit the links and desc. of the cart and the other Topbar Icon Menu items to match the languages.
    I can’t do/find it in the WPML String translation.
    Thanks!
    Philip

    Much appreciated.

    You can change the text in the language settings page of the theme options.

    As for the icon you would have to edit the template file. Line 41 of page-portfolio.php
