Hi

I’ve created a topbar menu at http://www.dnaclient.co.uk/pdg/ and each menu item has an http link but none of them work and the link always goes to the home page rather than the relevant page. How do I get the links to work so they go to the correct pages?

i found thankyou.php page in directory: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/thankyou.php.

i create my thanks page with URL like that http://cuongthinhfood.com/cuong-thinh-food-thanks/.

And i add a javascript code at the End of Page “thankyou.php”

But it did not work.

So how can I redirect thanks page to customer when they finish checkout their order?

Hello Ben and thank you for the kind and fast reply.
Unfortunately I’ve not been able to fix the issue…maybe I got something wrong.

Now I have a portfolio with permalink portfolio/%category% and two items in it
Then I have a page styled “portfolio grid” with permalink global-portfolio/ showing all portfolio items (at it works) and its child with permalink global-portfolio/category-name/ (different from %category%) supposed to show just one of the items. And this still does not work.

What did I get wrong?

Hey,
Each page has options to change the header background. As for making it full size do you want it to be responsive like full (width and height) size based on the screen or full width?

The Kadence and revolutions slider have full height options where it’s based on the size of the screen.

You would have to use a plugin if you don’t want to have a light-box with the product images.

Hi Hannah,

On the iphone 6 none of the images logo, revolution slide, favorites images nor the shop items will load for –Home, shop, contact, aboutus, and events pages. And a friend tried this on her iphone 4 and she had the same experience with Safari…I use Chome.

Hope it’s not a complicated relationship, pinnacle just doesn’t support bbpress. That why no options or styles.
You can add support though functions but it doesn’t natively support it. Same is true for virtue.
Here is the function to control the page title on bbpress:

Something to clarify, the image is not a header image it’s a page-title image, it gets pushed into the header when you want the header to be transparent but that means when you remove the page title the image is gone because it comes from the page title not the header.

If you want to change the header background on a page by page basis then you would need to use custom css.

Hey,
It’s actually an option you just turn on “Submenu items collapse until opened” in the theme options > menu settings.

You can’t have the menu items open below the page content. I don’t think that makes sense to me?

Hey,
If you would like to show the page title without the header image then what would you like the page title to be over? You can set the background color to white if you like (this is done in the edit page).
If you want to show the image but not the title you can use css and page id’s. Something like this:

.pg-id-170 .titleclass h1 {
display: none;
}

You would just replace the page id with that of your page and paste it into your custom css box in theme options > advanced settings.
The header image can be individually set in each edit page under Page Title and Subtitle.

Hey Felicity,
This could be a server issue. You can try contacting your host, or you can try uploading the sliders manually. Open the theme’s zip and navigate to virtue_premium/lib/plugins/ There you will see a zip copy of each plugin. Next go to your plugins page in the admin of your site, click add new. Upload then navigate to that folder above and install the zip files.

If you add a video inside the revolution slider it will not be a background it will not allow text layers to be placed on top of the video. You need to add an mp4 video link into the PAGES widget where it asks for the background video link. This is explained in this video at 19:20 *Login to see link

SO can you please explain where I add this video link to my revolution slider used in your premium theme?

I would like to be able to show the page title without the header image on some pages, and conversely show the header image without the page title on others.

My understanding is that I can do this by modifying the settings in each page. However, whenever I select ‘Hide Page Title: Hide’ on each page, it removes both the page title and the header image. I’ve tried combining this with enabling/disabling ‘show the page title by default’ option under ‘page title’ to no avail.

I would also like to be able to sometimes insert unique, page-specific header images with or without page title.

Is any of this possible?

Hi guys,

Similar to the Kadence-wide issue where you are unable to modify the sidebar on bbpress without using a function, I am finding that I’m unable to override the default page title settings.

Hi Guys. I have a question relating to the Product Add-On which I posted on woo commerce forum but to no joy. I hope you can give me the answer. I sell canvas prints on my site and each canvas has its different sizes such as 24″ x 24″, 32″ x 32″ etc. Obviously each size has a different price.
I need to give the customer an option of waterproofing on the individual product page for the canvases. The larger the canvas the customer orders the more expensive the waterproofing will be.
Can the product Add-on relate to the price of the canvas.
For example. If they choose a canvas size of 24″ x 24″ and check a box for waterproofing adding, say £10.00 to that canvas price, and if they change there mind and then go for a 32″ x 32″ will the waterproofing price rise to coincide with the canvas price. Can the Product Add-On be set up this way.
I hope I have explained my self clearly for you to understand what I mean.

Pinnacle premium is running smooth on our http://www.elsassbike.fr so far.
I checked the front page look with different browsers & it appears my Site Header is on two lines instead of one, with IE, Firefox etc.. but only one line using chrome. I only would like one line.

I can’t figure how to fix this, can you help ?

Your url has to be complete for the image. so instead of:

background: url(../images/yarn.png) no-repeat;

it needs to be:

background: url(http://meadowcroft-dyeworks.com/images/yarn.png) no-repeat;

else you get for file not found when you page is one deeper of a permalink.

Hey,
So what your trying to do won’t work with wordpress. It creates a permalink crash and ends in a 404 page. You can’t have child pages use portfolio/child-page and your single items also use portfolio at the beginning of the url.

You would have to make either the pages or the single portfolio items use something different like, If the pages uses projects/category and your single uses portfolio/single that would work.
