Hello Ben,

Many thanks in advanced for your support! As per your suggestion, I am creating a new post for my issue. I have an ourdered list within a widget that I need to align vertically. Yes, I added a top-padding to a class I created for the widget as you suggested, but is not really a solution, because it’s not a responsive solution. As soon as I view the site on a mobile device, there is always a white space (created by the padding) which should not be there. The idea is to have the text (paragraph, list, etc) centered vertically, regardless of the height of the widget and responsive, but if is easier for you lets say the height of the widget is 250px. I found the following solution on line and it does work, but since it is a SECTION on the widget with specific attributes, that CSS affects all sections within the site (e.g. top bar) and if I change SECTION in the widget to ARTICLE then affects the blog ARTICLES, and if I use a div with a class that has the attributes of the SECTION then it does not work, Please Help! I am stocked on this and I need to advance, plus whatever solution there is I will apply it in other pages. Here is the link *Login to see link

Hey Peter, more than likely this is a server issue. I would first try contacting them.
Another option would be to try uploading the sliders manually. First download the latest copy of the theme here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/
Then open the zip and navigate to virtue_premium/lib/plugins/
There you will see a zip copy of each plugin. Next go to your plugins page in the admin of your site, click add new. Upload then navigate to that folder above and install the zip files.

Hi,

We have a problem on our sites using your Premium Virtue theme and WC Ajax Layered nav, in that when choosing an option to filter items, the page returns a blank item list.

I have checked with my hosting guys and they think it is something to do with the following: “Filter issues: we have investigated the issue and we can see a problem with the .kad_product_fade_in class in the product listing. When we use the filter a javascript tries to change this class from oppacity:0; to oppacity:1.”

Is this something you can help with?

I uploaded virtue premium through the file manager, because the file was too big for wordpress theme uploader.
After activating the theme, I visited the theme options page, only to see that it takes ages to load and looks very strange. I have screenshots but don’t know where to attach in this forum. For example the on-off buttons don’t appear.
I erased the virtue-premium folder, and re-extracted the zip file, but the results were the same.

ok so on your home page, in the theme options > home slider. You made sure to turn the behind header option on? and in the page that you’ve made to be your home page your not turning it off there right?

Hey, in your post edit page you can add a custom excerpt. This will remove the Read More tag. If you’re not seeing this option you may need to select it from the screen options tab on the top right of the page.

I know it is redundant but I think it would be more intuitive to people to navigate the shop from the same area once they arrive to that page. Just like the tabs that are already created (by WooCommerce I assume), unfortunately those tabs only appear on the main catagory page (which I have chose as my shop landing page). I think I will lose the tabs and just go with my sidebar navigation. In the future I will start a new topic. I chose to post here because her needs were so similar to mine and I wanted you to know that I was searching for answers before posting questions. Thanks for your help,

Yes you can have 20 products or more per page.
“would customers have to input all of their personal information?” – that depends on how you set it up. You can certainly set it up that way.

Use the shortcode. It’s right at the top of the page when you create a slider. Just add that into a text widget.

I also plan to make it a free membership site, with various ads. Will Virtue allow me to do this? And how do I make the page of downloadable images like the link above *Login to see link

(I’ve already paid for the genesis theme, and I have to say that the interface is nothing compared to Virtue. I’d rather stick with the Virtue theme if I can make it work. )

You need to have child theme with a functions file then you create the function with the add action for the hook area you want.
The function should echo out whatever text you want to show on all your pages.

3. The logo. your using the shrink header? But you don’t want the logo to shrink? So do you want the menu to shrink and the logo to stick out?
