In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Mobile Sub Menu Dropdown
Aloha. First I want to say that I love ALMOST everything about the Virtue Premium theme, EXEPT for the mobile menu.
I have seen posts about this problem allover the place and if I had known the mobile menu did not allow for drop down sub-menus OR allow other reponsive menu plugins to work with this theme I wuld never had bought it.
Reason is, that I have a site with many main pages with many sub category pages, like woocommerce cart site and a store directory site I am working on.
Here is a link to the site I am working on: *Login to see link
in order to see my mobile menu, resize your browser until the mobile menu shows.
As you can see, the mobile menu scrolls forever with out a sub menu drop down, which by the way is almost a standard function n almost every theme and responsive mobile menu I have ever bought…. Why is this not available in this theme??
I have spent 2 days scouring this forum, google, etc, for a fix for this simple request and can not find anything.
Please help provide a fix for this asap, as I am under the gun to get this site up and running and it is imparative that this site function correctly on all mobile devices
Thank you very much.

No, happens on multiple pages. I take it you cannot duplicate? I hit F5 until it clears sometimes, but always comes back. Or Shift/Reload. Not sure where the section in your theme settings for caching is? Not sure if i have it turned on or not. Does not seem to be related to type of slider used. Menu comes back fully when scrolling down, on a consistent basis. Wonder if it has to do with Sticky Header? Will try turning it off.

are you using any caching?

Yes, just updated this morning to 35.0.1 but it made no difference. Did it on the previous release as well. You may have to kick around my site a bit for it to happen. Yes there is a secondary menu. Dark gray just like in your demo. Sometimes the secondary menu dissapears completely, other times the background color goes but you can still roll over menu items. In addition the slider image will go or shift right. Often it will reappear just by scrolling down the page.
Anything else I can provide to help? Also disabling all plugins does not seem to fix it. http://seastreetgraphics.com/wpIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Portfolio Captions?
When I add the image via the external link it does not show up when I look at the home page and expect to see an image there next to the intro of the post.

January 27, 2015 at 11:52 am #287652. Yes you can set he title to be different then the file name and since the lightbox pulls from that it make sense to want to title it with an appropriate title.
If you remove the title from your main product image then you will loose that caption in your lightbox.
You can either add a javascript function that searches the page and removes titles.
$('[title]').each( function() { var $this = $(this); $this.data('title',$this.attr('title')); $this.removeAttr('title'); });Or you can edit the woocomerce/single-product/product-image.php file.

January 27, 2015 at 10:15 am #28753Hey,
1. If the search in the sidebar is the same as the one your using in the topbar then I can totally see why it would happen. You can contact the developers and ask them to change the js to allow for multiple search bars on a page without them all opening. add the below css.
#topbar .autocomplete-suggestions { top: 35px; } #topbar .yith-ajaxsearchform-container { position: relative; } #topbar .autocomplete-suggestion { color: #444; }2. Has to do with the title tag which is there for SEO purposes in the image link. What image are you wanting to remove it on?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Portfolio carousel + Home Slider
Hello,
1. This is not determined by the page width, but by your settings. The homepage portfolio carousel can be edited in theme options > home layout. There’s an option to Choose how many columns are in carousel.2. There’s not a set height/width. It really depends on the look you want. I mostly recommend bigger images, but some people like their images to be stretched. If you don’t like the current look maybe try making your pictures bigger?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Contact page option not available
Hi. After updating the theme last night the contact page template option is missing from the drop down list. I checked this morning on another site and it was available before the update but missing afterwards. I am referring to the free edition not the premium.
Thanks
AdrianIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Page width too narrow
Just realised where the problem lies! I had not changed the “Template” setting in the “Page Attributes” section of each page – these were still set to the default. Changing these to “Full width” has fixed the problem. Sorry I hadn’t spotted that before bothering you!

Hi Ben,
I am not sure what you are looking at but here is the link to the page with the sidebar problem:
http://ckingsensors.com/ckingforums/forums/The side bar is on the left side below the forum section.
I would like to move it to the right side of the forum and not below it.
Yes, I added the piece of code you sent. Here is how I did it:
Appearance –> editor –> open functions.php in my child theme and add the code.I copied the code from the forum and not the email.I don’t see any difference.
Thanks,
Jay -
