Your issue is this plugin: WordPress Front-end Editor

It’s adding classes and code to everything on the page, completely breaking the layout.

You also seems to have a couple other font end editors… not really sure what your trying to do but you should never have two plugins installed that are trying to do the same thing.

Hey Steve,
Your issue has to do with the permissions of server folders. That is why your getting the error. “Download failed. Restricted”

You have two options here. You can contact your host, have them help you set your permissions correctly for the wordpress folders on your server or you can just manually install the sliders.

To manually install just download the latest copy of the theme here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/

Then open the zip and navigate to virtue_premium/lib/plugins/

There you will see a zip copy of each plugin.

Next go to your plugins page in the admin of your site, click add new. Upload then navigate to that folder above and install the zip files.

Hi Ben,

You don’t see the h1 breadcrumbs because, I just noticed, it happens when I am logged in as admin, even after clearing the cache. The error does not happen with guest user.

In summary: If I login with admin in chrome, I see a ” /> after the featured image. If I login with admin in ie, the page is all crashed.

Can I email you my admin password?

Hi Hannah

Unfortunately the site is being adjusted behind a holding page so a link would just take you to that. I have, however, taken some screenshots to give you an idea of what I mean.

With the centering, you can see in this image that the search bar and the social icons are aligned to the left. I’d like to bring everything to the middle of the sidebar.

With regard to the spacing, here’s a section that I think would benefit from being closed up a little. The blue highlight is what happens when a cursor scrolls over the items, showing you where the image ends.

Hey, this should work for you-

.titleclass h1 {
display: none;
}

Then you can add more padding to your image with this:

.page-header {
padding-top: 50px;
padding-bottom: 50px;
}

Just paste them into your custom css box in theme options > custom css.

Hi,
One thing you can do is set your blog summary to full and insert a read more tag after 40 letters. The read more tag is found in the edit page on the toolbar.

Hi everybody, I’m working with Virtue Premium, and I have an issue with changing my logo link.

When you go on my website http://www.samtim.fr, you first see a carousel and some features below.
When on click on “Accueil”, you go onto my real home page http://www.samtim.fr/accueil-2/
This is the way I want it, I don’t want people to come back to the prior carousel.

The fact is that the logo link make visitors always go back to http://www.samtim.fr, and I want it to link to http://www.samtim.fr/accueil-2/

I have my Child Theme, and I tried to edit my header.php.
I changed the first version for this :

<div id="logo" class="logocase">
<a class="brand logofont" href="*Login to see link

This doesn’t change anything, do any of you have an idea ?

And sorry for my english, I’m french…

I have a similar problem. In Home I have a Kadence Slider (www.fondazionemalattiemiotoniche.org) and in the other pages just images and both work in fullwidth, without any padding. But with the Feature – Sidebar Template the image is not fullwidth but has a margin on the left and on the right (for example http://www.fondazionemalattiemiotoniche.org/cmn/ ). How can I solve it? I want all the images in fullwidth in all pages.

Hello Ben and team! A few visitors of my site see the slider image on the homepage stuck in the right side of the screen until the begin scrolling down. This happens only in Firefox browser. What could be going wrong? I don’t see that problem from my end though using the same browser.
