Topic: Indent Spacing
I am working on the following page ( *Login to see link ). I am trying to indent the line that begins with Project Description. I tried using the text side of the editor with but every time that I go back to make a change it seems to go away. I checked, but can’t find any shortcode that will work. Any suggestions.

December 20, 2014 at 11:42 am #25758To be clear, I don’t recommend going back to a pervious version of pagebuilder unless your losing content with the update, then I recommend going back only to figure out if another plugin is causing the transfer to not happen.
In your case you can click the edit row button which is very close to the edit row style button. Then on the right side you will see a section for layout and design, if you click you’ll see options to upload an image and set the row format to full.
Make sure you have the latest version of the theme. and right below where you select the background image you can select a background style and choose parallax.

December 20, 2014 at 11:20 am #25752Hi,
I just downloaded Virtue Premium and received a first problem.
What I did:
1. I edited Home Page I put slider and most all of options to the right and activated it to see how they work.
2. I disable all of them and returned back to the left.
3. I saved changes
Problem: half of blank page shows up on home page with some contour of slider. This is in IE 10.
In Chrome: only slider is shown.
What I did to fix a problem:
1. I reinstalled the theme.
Result: none
Please help!
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Parallax image issue
Hi, I’ve set up a parallax image, (as per demo 4 tutorial) and all looked great. However, I had used a high res, large image, and it was slowing down the load time, so I uploaded a resized image, (same ratio). It has made the dimensions of the scroll bar reduce from about 5cm height down to about 2cm, and looks awful.
I did the original about a week ago, and have since updated the Page Builder Plugin. Last week, I had options to change the margins, and I played around until I liked the look. Since the update, I can’t find anywhere to change anything.
Here is my home page:*Login to see link
I noticed you recommended reverting back to the previous version of the plugin, when someone had issues in another thread. I did look at this but couldn’t figure out how to download the previous version. Also, I’d like to work within the new versions, if possible, as I don’t want to feel that I can never update for fear of losing things!
Thanks,
Jane
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Only 6 posts in a page with blog template
December 20, 2014 at 1:36 am #25739You can hide the pagination with css just for that page:
.page-id-71 .wp-pagenavi {
display: none;
}Just change out the page number with yours.
Or you can use this shortcode which will replicated the blog template style:
[kad_blog items="6"]Ben

Hi Ben
Thanks for the fast response. That was the problem with the categories. Thanks for the tip.
What can I do about only 6 posts on that page and no more pages? Is there a possibility to do that? As far as I can tell it will make more pages if I set the number to 6 and I have let’s say 20 news.
I hope I could make myself clear, since the page is not live yet I can’t provide a link ….

December 20, 2014 at 12:37 am #25737Starting with the most basic. in the woocommerce settings > checkout, have you assigned a page to be the checkout page? yes its assigned to CHECKOUT page
In the pages is that page by chance in the trash? or does it have private or force ssl on? Its active No private or Force ssl on it
Are you using the checkout plugin like a payment gateway? If so have you deactivated? plugin gateway deativated
still issue persists

December 20, 2014 at 12:34 am #25736Well for starts you have this in your checkout page: [shoppingcart] which isn’t a woocommerce shortcode. So use the correct shortcode (which is even posted above and asked you to check).

December 20, 2014 at 12:27 am #25733Hi Ben,
I deactivated the Paypal plugin. I selected “Checkout” page as a checkout page from drop down menu. And I activated default paypal and BACS from Woo Commerce settings. I attached my woo commerce page with this for your review(http://postimg.org/image/x377zthfp/). please review it for me. ITS AN URGENT ISSUE. Its Christmas time Ben.the reason I use other paypal plugin, default woo commerce is not working. default plugin ends with empty page after clicking “Proceed to checkout” button.
Can you please tell me about the permalinks you mentioned in your previous reply. FYI, in my WP permalinks is all in default options.
Please describe detail where I made a mistake. Where I need to make a changes to activate default settings.
thanks,
Benny

December 20, 2014 at 12:16 am #25730Hey Vadim,
I recomend using pagebuilder. Then just adding an anchor tag where ever you want a link to be.
so like
<a name="anchor1"></a>Then in your menu you can just link to
#anchor1You can use the built in functions in the theme to have your menus scroll to certain parts of your page. with a js call.
Is that what you are meaning?

December 20, 2014 at 12:13 am #25728Your mobile is not working right because of css your adding to the page. you can’t add a fixed with of 600px to an div on a responsive framework. Just means that your div is forced out of screen.
Look at your #bio css styles.Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Only 6 posts in a page with blog template
December 20, 2014 at 12:11 am #25727Hey,
Sounds like you have set your latest posts page to be the page that your trying to use the blog template on.In the settings > reading. There is an option to set your front page and your latest post page. Make sure that post page is left blank, So it’s not selecting anything. Then the page template will take effect.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi all
When I create a page with the blog template selected, I only have the amount of blogs in one page not in total. Is there a possibility to create a page with only 6 posts.
I know I can create a standard page with this in it [blog_posts items=”6″ orderby=”date” cat=”news”], but that does not have the nice 1 row and picture on the left side layout.
It’s actually more to it. I can not restrict the categorie … If I restrict it to news I get all. If I then select news from the sidebar I get my 6 news. Could there be a mistake in the template from virtue premium? I use the version 2.7.6.Thanks Roland

December 19, 2014 at 12:57 pm #25705I’m trying to understand why your content wouldn’t transfer. Can you tell me what plugins or settings you where using? Do you have any plugins that would effect the page editor?

December 19, 2014 at 12:53 pm #25704You should be able to remove pagebuilder and install the old one without losing any content. I have tested that but backups are always good to have.
Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Page Builder Update Issue
Yes, I deactivated all the plugins and nothing changed for the better. Oddly, when I deactivated the Pagebuilder plugin, everything stayed the same because it’s storing all the content outside of Pagebuilder.
Do I need to back up the whole site to delete and reinstall Pagebuilder to a previous version? Will it wipe all the content?
