Can you tell me what you mean by font in pages? are you talking about the body font? or font for specific pages?

Problem 1 fixed… Menu fonts saving no problem now.

HOWEVER.

Prob 2 still exists…

Still can’t change font in pages. Have a feeling this might be something to do with me…???

Hi there.

Great looking theme – really looking forward to polishing up my site with it.

I have installed Premium however still have the same problem i had in free version which is as follows:

• Can’t change Menu fonts (type, style, size, etc). I make the change and then save, however it does not apply and reverts to Lato 400 in the Menu Settings under the Virtue – Premium Theme Options.
• Can’t change Fonts on Pages – there is no ability to change font type on the pages either.

I earlier completely reinstalled wordpress.

Can’t think what else to do to fix!!?

Hi there.

For some reason, after updating yesterday my Portfolio pages all give me 404 errors. I am not sure as the issue, but I have tried it on both of my computers with no success. Any suggestions?

Do you have woocommerce installed? You can set a sidebar for the shop page in the theme options. There is options to choose a sidebar for that page. You can create widget areas in the misc settings of the theme options.

As for the ajax filter, that is this plugin, it uses attributes.

I added the code you wrote yesterday. It shows correctly the name but I have a strange issue while creating the product page.
If I create a Product Tag in advance it is not listed among the available tags. If I create in the tag box of the page it is ok but only if I publish it can be viewable among the tags list not in draft mode.

I have one more quick question. Is there a way to eliminate a bit of the space between the slider and the home icon menu, and likewise between the home icon menu and the page content? There is more space between all of these elements than I would prefer. Thanks again!

Ben, I changed themes and the update failed again. I had to go on the server and rename virtue_premium to virtue_premium_old to install update. On the Home Page “latest blog posts, image menu, and icon menu” don’t show. A block of space shows for them but not the content. http://www.edwintoth.com Content seems to be there in source code for the page. Solutions?

In time being I can use ProductTag instead of subcategory but I need you fix the translation problem cause you see what happen using quicktags.

Thank you Ben for version 2.0.9.7. This has provided the solution to the Similar Portfolio Item Carousel order.

Here’s what i noticed from a users perspective for Existing (pre-v2.0.9.7) and new Portfolio items, that may help others with similar experiences.

1. Whilst editing Portfolio Items in the latest theme version – “Similar Portfolio Item Carousel” has changed.(having checked all the show on screen for the Screen Options) it seems to have become or it’s features are available under “Bottom Carousel Options”

2. Within Bottom Carousel Options is Carousel Title. The theme (v2.0.9.7)had kept the Carousel Title from my previous version (i.e no need to make any new changes to Title)

3. There is an Option to show Bottom Portfolio Carousel – was set to No. It needs to be changed to YES to display a Carousel with portfolio items below the project.

4. Carousel Items has choices of “Only of same Portfolio Type” or “All Portfolio Posts”

5. Carousel Order has choices of “Menu Order”, “Title”, “Date” , “Random” (i selected menu order, which seems to arrange the portfolio items based on the menu order attributes associated with each portfolio item, e.g. all “0” zeros arranged into 1,2,3,4 or -1,-2 etc.)

6. under Portfolio Post Options – is a choice to Choose “Portfolio Parent Page” this can either be “Theme Options Default” or select a specific page from a dropdown menu.

NB: based on my relatively brief usage and test of the new theme (v2.0.9.7)The Bottom Carousel at the moment will display the image/ image slider based on the choice of Portfolio Item Summary. It shows a choice of Portfolio Items “Except” the Portfolio Item page being viewed.

The new theme has allowed experimentation with menu orders and seems to help control the portfolio-type order. Hope these notes are useful.

Is there a way to prevent Dynamic Filters from showing all titles including subcategories but only Categories Titles in the Shop page?
This should prevent from having a packed shop page with plenty of names.

If I go on the left column and click on Products>Tag I have just one box to add Tag in multiple languages so I use quicktags. It’ok, there’s no error pop up, the Product Tag created appears in the Menu list but actually cannot be used in the product because isn’t found in the product UI.
While If I digit directly in the Product Tag page with quicktags it works correctly and is found listed on Products>Tag.

Can you fix it having it different box per language like you did for product Category and Portfolio Items?

I’m using the W3 Total Cache plugin and I’ve noticed that if I turn on minify I loose the image menu on the home page. Should this happen?

The breadcrumbs change based on the type of layout but if you want to customize them it can certainly be done.

I am working on the portfolio features right now, trying to get everything to work together to make it easy for two portfolio pages. I’m going to add an option for the navigation arrows to say within a parent category and have options for each post to set a different page as the “grid” page.

So that should be out today.

As for the back button forcing a reload, I’m sure that can be done, I don’t know the script but I assume if you did some research you could find a script. But I was under the impression that you wanted the back button to not force a reload, in essence show a cached page. The only way I’ve heard of this working is to use cookies. But that would be other one you would have to research out.

Ben, the use of breadcrumps aren’t so nice. My problem is again, that I have two portfolio pages and the breadcrump doesn’t recognise this. Second: The breadcrumps layout doesn’t fit into your theme. Sometimes they are on the left side, sometimes on the right. I wish to have them in a good readable font size on the left side. Then I would use them on every page (like on my old page). But I will have the same issue with my two portfolio pages.

Isn’t there a script solution? I found several for old browser versions to force the reloading, when a user uses the back button.

How do I put it in the test mode? What it does is it redirects to a 404 Error Page not found.
