Hey, Hannah thanks for getting back to me.
Yes, I’ve disabled the elementor editor on the cart page and it breaks even more, sometimes not even adding anything to my cart.
You can check it now. https://www.ladankco.com/cart
I’mn currently in talks with elementor but no theories yet…
Hey Daniel,
Sorry you’re dealing with this! I haven’t heard of any others having this problem. Looks like your cart page is being set up through elementor. Have you tried temporarily using the default theme cart to see if the issue goes away? Have you reached out to Elementor to see if any others are experiencing this?
Hannah
Switching editors will likely change your current set-up. If switching to the Gutenberg editor from the classic editor your content will likely transfer to a classic editor block. Once established in one editor on a page you don’t want to switch back and forth between other editors.

When using the Ascend “Contact us” page contact form, the email delivered to the MTA uses the email address entered by the customer as the FROM address. If the customer’s email uses the yahoo.com domain name AND the recipient is using a gmail mailbox, then gmail will reject the incoming mail due to DMARC violations. Here is typical rejection message in the postfix mail log. Again, it is the receiving system (gmail) that is creating the rejection.
B83413F8EF: to=<[email protected]>, relay=aspmx.l.google.com[209.85.235.27]:25, delay=1.2, delays=0.1/0.02/0.4/0.68, dsn=5.7.26, status=bounced (host aspmx.l.google.com[209.85.235.27] said: 550-5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com is not accepted due to domain's 550-5.7.26 DMARC policy. Please contact the administrator of yahoo.com domain 550-5.7.26 if this was a legitimate mail. Please visit 550-5.7.26 *Login to see link to learn about the 550 5.7.26 DMARC initiative. l2si3780362otf.316 - gsmtp (in reply to end of DATA command))
I have now tested 2 different cases and see the same results in both cases:
Case 1: Mail delivered directly by postfix on hosting server
Case 2: Mail relayed by Postfix to commercial SMTP service (SMTP2Go in my case)
I think that this sort of problem would be solved if the email send by the contact form used the recipient’s email address as both FROM and TO.
Hi Ben – Hannah – whilst the above works like a charm the client spotted that the link in the image does not extend to the caption area. I have to agree that you would naturally aim for the caption as the link words. Is there any way to include that?

The 9 panels below the top image are the ones in question.
Each of the 9 pages have a further 6 panels that link in the same way, so there are 63 instances of this style.
Thanks if you can assist… Colin
I’m trying to set a website up to display posts. I have /features as the main post page in the Settings>Reading section of the WordPress admin. I have categories created like Features and a child of Home & Garden (slug: home-garden). So when I create a post and put it in the category Home & Garden I want the URL to be site.com/features/home-garden/post-title-here. But the URL for the category is site.com/category/features/home-garden and the URL for the post is site.com/post-title-here.
And the breadcrumbs actually say “Home » Blog » Features » Home & Garden” which is sort of how I want it except I don’t want it to say “Blog”. And for some reason Blog goes to /blog but Features is going to /category/features. I would like that to go to /features and not in /category. Is that possible?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
Hi,
Is it possible to add an upload field to individual product pages? This would be for personalisation of a product so that the customer could upload their own image before checkout.
Many thanks,
Emma

I came across this thread searching for some answers and found it interesting. Twenty Twenty is the only theme I have found that has this weird spacer issue. If you import a page builder template it will add a lot of padding to any nested sections as well. The issue in your screenshot looks like something I have seen with the twentieg plugin, which has their dividers styled that way. I think you can just change the color/opacity if you intend to use it only for adding space.
My larger reason for commenting is to ask if this theme you are using is for the purposes of enabling you to post poetry and preserve the formatting. I really like the 2020 theme with that twentieg plugin but not as much as I like Kadence. I’m thrilled with Kadence and I have already built 6 sites with it in about 2 months. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to post poems and preserve indentations. The Lyrics block isn’t getting the job done. Is this child theme useful for the issue I am experiencing?

Hello,
Is there a setting (or more likely, a script) that will make the page scroll to the accordion that is opened? The dev site I’m working on:
*Login to see link
If you scroll down to the Specialties section and click on one of the lower accordions, the page doesn’t scroll down to the newly open accordion so that you can read it. Is there an easy way to make it do that? Thank you!
Ditto! Especially #3 (Header/Footer builder should be open for use to build just like a page and post.)
Cheers!
Doug
Hi,
I’m trying to solve a server CPU Usage problem. I’m using Ascend + Woocommerce (Page Size 2.3M), and I have tested the site on two different servers. The otherone is a wordpress optimized server. On the current server the CPU Usage 100%. I have also noted that the PHP worker process takes up to 250-300MB of RAM, is this normal? I’m using WP Rocket for the site cache, but in my opinion it is not doing the job, Pingdom performance grade 68.
Can you help me in someway?
Regards,
Pamela
Hi, what does the share option do on the Woocommerce single Product page in the customiser as nothing happens when I turn it on or off? I’ve tried on several different computers and nothing?
Thanks

Thanks Karla, so I can just add a an advanced button on top of the slider with a link to my shop page etc?
Having trouble hiding the image on this page on mobile devices:
*Login to see link
This is what I have in the Mobile CSS Declarations for the image widget now but it doesn’t work.
@media screen and (max-width: 960px) {
.img.attachment-medium .size-medium { display: none; }
}
Thanks as always.

Hello Susiyana,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Upon checking the page you’ve provided, there are some texts that goes really long. If you remove those, the mobile view will be alright. Here’s a screen recording for your reference. You can add this custom CSS on Customizer > Additional CSS:
.entry-content p {
word-break: break-word;
}
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.
Best Regards,
Karla
